The staff member I met at the front desk was the only bright spot in this entire experience. She was friendly and kept a smile even with a line of frustrated guests waiting.
It wasn’t exactly cheap either, but you expect a level of comfort, right? But here, you end up paying for disappointment.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the pools during our family stay and visiting the nearby Fish Ladder Park. Our young child loved the outdoor space, which made it a great spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
In my wife’s opinion, the shower could use some serious upgrades for safety. A kids' play area would also be great to keep the little ones entertained.

After locking myself out, the staff quickly gave me another key for free and were super patient while I collected my stuff. The indoor pool was a great way to relax after a long day. The sun loungers were perfect for soaking up some sun. The fridge and microwave in my room were finicky at times but didn’t ruin my visit. 😊

Adequate breakfast but cleanliness needs attention
I appreciated the adequate breakfast options, which included hardboiled eggs, bagels, cereal, and muffins. However, the overall cleanliness was lacking. I noticed mold and stains in several areas of the hotel that could really use an overhaul. It's disappointing when a place has potential but misses the mark on basic upkeep.

missingWrote a review on Jun 14essential optionsquick servicedripping tubbroken sinkpoor cleanliness
The breakfast offered essential options like hardboiled eggs and bagels, though a waffle-maker would have been nice. Unfortunately, the stay was marred by several issues, a dripping tub, a broken sink that flooded the floor, and a troubling lack of cleanliness that led to numerous bug bites. Customer service did attempt to address concerns but fell short.
